Terms of Service

Cova is operated by Oshylabs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16883720), registered office at 100 St Pier Court, 549 Green Street, London E13 9GU. In these terms "we", "us" and "Cova" mean Oshylabs Ltd. You can reach us at arnold.oshenye@oshylabs.eu.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cova. Cova is built for adults training on their own. By using it you confirm you are 18 or over and that the information you give us is accurate.

Cova is a training and nutrition coaching tool. It suggests how to adjust your training and eating based on the recovery and check in data you give it. It is guidance to help you make your own decisions. It is not a medical, healthcare, physiotherapy, or dietetic service, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional. Please read our Health and Fitness Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details safe. Do not share your account, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

When using Cova you agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone else's rights;
• copy, scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the app or its plan logic;
• try to break, overload, or get around the security of the service;
• upload anything harmful, or pretend to be someone you are not.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

If you connect a coach to your account, you are choosing to let that coach see the training, check in, and progress data in your account, and to add notes to your plan. You control that access and can ask us to remove a coach at any time. If you are a coach using Cova to view a client, you may only access data for clients who have invited you, and only to support their training.

Cova is a paid subscription with a seven day free trial and no free tier. The price that applies to you is the one shown at sign up or checkout. Founding and waitlist members keep the early bird price we offered them.

• Your free trial runs for seven days. If you do not cancel before it ends, your paid subscription begins and the first payment is taken.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Each renewal is charged at the start of the new period.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
• Payments are handled by our payment providers (for example Stripe for web checkout, or the Apple App Store and Google Play for in app purchases). Subscriptions bought through an app store are managed and cancelled through that store's settings.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel a new subscription and get a refund. Because Cova is a digital service you can use straight away, by starting to use the paid service within those 14 days you ask us to begin immediately and you accept that you lose the automatic right to cancel once the service has been fully provided for the period. This does not affect the seven day free trial, which you can cancel at any time before it ends at no charge, and it does not affect your statutory rights. For refund requests, email arnold.oshenye@oshylabs.eu and we will deal with it fairly and in line with the law.

Cova is in an early access stage. Features may change, break, or be added or removed as we build. We may run the service, parts of it, or your plan logic as a work in progress, and we will not always give notice of every change.

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. You keep ownership of the data you put into Cova. You give us permission to use it to run the service for you, as described in that policy.

Cova, including its name, branding, design, and software, belongs to Oshylabs Ltd. We give you a personal, limited, non transferable right to use the app for your own training while your account is active. Nothing here transfers our intellectual property to you.

Cova is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise the guidance will suit every person or that the service will always be available or error free. You follow Cova's suggestions at your own risk, as set out in the Health and Fitness Disclaimer.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can stop using Cova and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service. If we close the service, we will tell affected users.

We may update these terms as the product develops. If we make a significant change, we will update the date at the top and, where it matters, let you know. Continuing to use Cova after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.
